The Range
What is the Range?
The Cyber Range is a virtual environment designed to immerse students in hyper-realistic simulated attacks, or as we call it live-fire exercises. Engaging in live-fire exercises offers the closest experience to a real-world incident. The scenario is a collection of activities to disrupt the availability or cause loss of critical information in the training network.
When can I use the range?
Prerequisite materials for the Cyber Range:
The student needs to complete the 'Intro to Splunk' course, and, preferably, the 'Using Fields' course as well. Below are the courses links and their descriptions.

The student will need to create an account using their CSU email and then register for the course. Afterwards, go to 'My Training' under your account (located at the first letter icon in the top right) and launch the course.
