The overall objective is to promote the Goals and Objectives of Student Affairs through Employee Staff Development & Recognition that:
- Promotes a campus environment that provides quality services and programs that support student recruitment, retention, and persistence
- Seeks to attract, develop, and retain outstanding student life professionals.
- Fosters a campus community that values a diverse and civil population.
- Expands a culture of accountability with the Student Affairs Division.
- Develops and sustains partnerships within the Division, campus-wide, and with external constituencies
