U.S. Army Sergeants Major Academy
Columbus State University recognizes the advanced leadership education gained through the United States Army Sergeants Major Academy (USASMA). To support the continued professional development of senior non-commissioned officers, CSU provides a clear pathway to earning a graduate degree. Graduates of the resident USASMA program at Fort Bliss may receive up to 9 graduate credit hours, allowing them to accelerate completion of select master’s degrees. This partnership enables Sergeants Major and Command Sergeants Major to turn their Professional Military Education into meaningful academic progress—saving time and reducing the number of courses needed to complete a degree.
