Week of October 10 (Week 2): Use Strong Passwords

  • October 10th – Cybersecurity Awareness Tips – Cougar Connection
  • October 15th, 9:00am – 12:00pm Community Shredding Event, Lot 4
    • Sponsored by River Mill Data Management

Week of October 17 (Week 3): Explore. Experience. Share. – Recognize and Report Phishing

  • October 18th – Cybersecurity Awareness Tips – Cougar Connection
  • October 20st, 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm, Information Systems Security Association (ISSA) monthly meeting
    • Presenter: Nigel Miller, Director of Information Security Operations and Engineering, Maximus
    • Location: Cyber Range - Classroom

Week of October 24 (Week 4): Update Your Software

  • October 24th at 10:00 am – An Informative session along with a group walk through on the first training module - 2022 Your Role: Internet Security and You by Nicol Lewis, Office of Legal Affairs, Ethics & Compliance, a Teams session.
  • October 26th at 10:00 am - An Informative session along with a group walk through on the second training module PII and You by Loretta Marshall, Office of Legal Affairs, Ethics & Compliance, a Teams session.
