The Donald L. Jordan Center for Creative Writing supports the careers of English Majors at Columbus State University, with an emphasis on encouraging students enrolled in the creative writing program.
The Sara Ayers Jordan Awards
Each year, the Donald L. Jordan Endowment supports writing awards for CSU undergraduates in the Carson McCullers Literary Awards.” The awards are named for Donald L. Jordan's wife, who was an educator and loved reading and writing. The endowment provides $300, $200, and $100 awards for first, second, and third place in the categories of fiction, nonfiction, and poetry.
