The Donald L. Jordan Center for Creative Writing
The Donald L. Jordan Center for Creative Writing supports the careers of English Majors at Columbus State University, with an emphasis on encouraging students enrolled in the creative writing program.
The Donald L. Jordan Fellowships
In the interest of making more prospective students aware of the Creative Writing program at CSU, two four-year fellowships for English majors were established in Fall, 2022. Each fellowship carries $5,000 annually in support of tuition, housing, or books or fees, and the duration of each fellowship is four years for a total of $20,000 worth of funding. The first recipients for fall 2023 and spring 2024 are Lennox Dodd and Alana Armor. The fellowship holders are each assigned an internship, with CSU Press or the Jordan Center for Creative Writing.
