April 26, Red Clay Conference to Honor Scott Wilkerson - In honor of Dr. Scott Wilkerson, there will be a special tribute at this year's Red Clay Writers Conference. The panel will include readings and discussion of Scott's poetry by poets and scholars who knew him during his doctoral studies at Georgia State University. The Red Clay Conference is taking place Saturday, April 26th, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Kennesaw State University Marietta campus, and Scott's tribute is slated for 3 p.m. You can find more info about the conference at their website. The registration fee will be waived for anyone just attending Scott's tribute.
