CSU Visiting Scholars

Each year CSU hosts 5–10 visiting scholars from around the world in various disciplines and through many departments. Visiting scholars include: the annual Fort Visiting Scholar in European Studies, the Amos Scholar in Latin American Studies, and research and short-term scholars from a variety of fields and backgrounds.

Visiting scholars consist of research scholars, short-term scholars, or visiting professors (whether funded by CSU or by their home institution or government).

Previous scholars who have taught or completed research at CSU have come to us from Germany, Korea, Taiwan, England, Sweden and South America.
