How to Make an Appointment

You may come in to the Counseling Center any time during regular office hours - Monday and Tuesday 8:00am-8:00pm, Wednesday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. You may also call the Counseling Center during regular office hours at 706-507-8740. We will ask you to fill out an Initial Contact Form, or fill that form out with you over the phone. This form requests contact information.

Within 2 business days, you will receive a call from an intake therapist, who will do a short phone assessment with you and schedule your intake appointment. If you have filled out an Initial Contact Form, please return our call if you miss it! Without this phone conversation, you will not be scheduled with an appointment.

If you call and do not reach anyone by phone, leave a message and someone will call you back. Appointments can not be made via e-mail .
