Command College Tuition
For students who need to pay the application fee online:
Please be sure to include your entire name, DOB, and indicate that the reason for payment is “application fee.” You must know the payment amount to use this portal.
For agencies to make payments for students:
Please be sure to include the student’s entire name, student ID (909) number and indicate that the reason for payment (semester, CRN). If you have invoice number, please include that information. You must know the payment amount to use this portal.
Letters of Authorizations
For Agency Paid/Contingent Agency Paid: This form is for students who anticipate their agency will cover 1) the full cost of tuition/fees 2) costs for core modules only 3) HOPE may be awarded but in the event it is not, the agency will cover all tuition/fees. It also specifies if a student's agency will cover OOS tuition and/or the graduation fee. The student will fill out the top section, sign, and submit the form where it will then route to the Agency Rep email provided by the student at the start of the form. Once the agency completes their portion, the form is automatically sent to the Office of Student Accounts email.
For Self/FAID/TAP: This form is used for students who anticipate covering their own balance, have Financial Aid (including HOPE) that will cover their balance, or they are participating in the USG TAP program. The student will fill out their portion and click submit. It will automatically be sent to the Office of Student Accounts email.
