Biography

Jessica Kemp is the Co-Founder and CEO of JK Squared, LLC. Jessica has over 20 years of employee and leadership development experience. Her firm helps businesses become more profitable through training, process reviews, and documentation.

Jessica was previously the Director of training for the Georgia Department of Revenue. She has her six sigma black belt and associate PMP from Georgia Tech and her women in leadership certificate from Turknett Leadership Group. She is also a Predictive Index certified partner and instructor. Jessica lives in Dublin, Georgia.

Jessica is a member of the Dublin-Laurens County Chamber of Commerce, OUT Georgia Business Alliance, and National Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce and serves on the National Small Business Association leadership council.
