Biography

Brian K. Fitzpatrick hails from Columbus, GA, and believes in the transformative power of people and their personal progress. As CEO of J330Life LLC., a certified life coach, leadership consultant, trainer, and now author, Brian has turned his passion for helping others reach their full potential into a craft, and his foundation of faith is the fuel that makes everything go.

In 2013, Brian received the revelation for the RESET Coaching Model. This model is the approach Brian uses to teach, train, and coach leaders in life and business, helping them “get better at who you are so that you can get better at what you do.” From this came the launch of his Leadership in Two Minutes Podcast in 2019.

In 2021, Brian published his first book The 50 Day RESET, Life Lessons for Achieving Your Goals One Day at a Time. This book helps readers to guide themselves through the RESET model in a structured way. In 2022, he published his second book and first e-book titled “Nothing Wasted.” In this book Brian shares “nothing that you have been through or will go through will be wasted.”

Brian artfully enhances the effectiveness of leaders in life and business with one-on-one coaching and immersive workshops like RESET Leadership and Building Highly Effective Teams. Showcasing Brian‘s expertise in professional, personal and process development, outcome frameworks, and organizational operations.

Brian brings over 25 years of professional coaching and mentor experience along with an assortment of qualifications to include: Certified Right Path facilitator, Executive Leadership Program Certificate through Boys and Girls Clubs of America and The University of Michigan Ross School of Business, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, and is a licensed minister.

Non-profit and faith-based organizations will always hold a special place in Brian’s heart because of the focus of their mission. Today he works with several organizations as a coach and consultant to provide support around leadership development. Brian’s legacy statement is to simply be able to say, “I helped people get better at who they are so that they could get better at what they do in life and in business.”
