Creative Writing (Concentration)

Develop your creative writing skills with a variety of genres like poetry, fiction, nonfiction and screenwriting. Further advance your craft with specialized courses and study abroad experiences preparing you as a future author.

Study British and American authors while diving into world literature, film, linguistics, and ethnic literature. Ideal for students interested in graduate school or professional fields like law and education.

Professional Writing (Concentration)

Prepare for your career in business and industry with courses in technical, business, news, and digital media writing. You’ll gain hands-on experience through internships and develop skills in research, writing, web design, layout, and editing.
