Biography

Debby Whatley is the Coordinator of Teaching and Learning. In this role she works with the Partner School Network, is assisting to develop the Professional Learning Schools program, and supports all other initiatives within the Center for Quality Teaching and Learning.

Mrs. Whatley has over twenty years teaching experience in the elementary classroom setting. She served as a Professional Learning Specialist with Muscogee County School District where she mentored induction teachers, led data-driven instructional teams and taught professional learning courses for both new and veteran teachers. She has also recently developed and presented training for teachers for the McGraw-Hill Reading Wonders textbooks series in elementary schools throughout the state.
