Breana Jones

Biography

Breana Jones serves as the Director of the Leadership Institute at Columbus State University, where she oversees strategy, program development, and client partnerships. Since joining the Institute in 2017, she has advanced through several roles, bringing extensive experience in leadership training, business development, program evaluation, and coaching.

Breana has designed and facilitated customized leadership programs for external clients and has supported major university initiatives. Her leadership in business development has contributed to consistent growth for the Institute, including its highest-grossing year in 2023.

She holds a Master of Public Administration from Columbus State University and a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from Florida A&M University. Breana is also trained through the Center for Coaching Excellence Essentials Coaching Training Program and the Doerr Institute’s Measurement Specialist course. She remains active in the Columbus community through several civic and professional organizations.
