Biography
Reggie is a U.S. Army veteran with over 30 years of service, retiring at the rank of Command Sergeant Major. He brings extensive leadership, coaching, and workforce development experience to higher education, including his prior role as Regional Director for Military and Veteran Affairs at a national nonprofit, where he guided service members through career transitions into civilian employment. Reggie holds a Master of Education in Lifelong Learning and Adult Education (M.Ed.) from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Liberty University. His academic focus is Humanities, and he serves as the Internship Coordinator, where he is passionate about experiential learning, student development, and creating accessible, supportive career pathways for students and alumni.
