Biography
MAJ Dale Cox is originally from Columbus, Ohio, but now calls Columbus, Georgia, home. He holds an Associate of Science in Business Management, a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership, a Master of Public Administration, and a Master of Operational Studies.
MAJ Cox entered military service in 1999 in the Navy Reserves. In 2005, he transferred to active duty in the US Army. He graduated from Officers Candidate School in 2008 and was commissioned in the Armor branch. He has held leadership positions in Cavalry, Armor, and Infantry formations as a Platoon Leader, Company Executive Officer, Company Commander, Troop Commander, Operations Officer, and Squadron Executive Officer. Outside of traditional roles, MAJ Cox has also served as an Armor BOLC instructor, Chief of Protocol for NATO Afghanistan, and Task Force Leader for the Security Force Assistance Command.
