About the Program
Master Your Musical Craft

In this two-year program, you will pursue advanced study in instrumental or vocal performance, or conducting. You will receive intensive private instruction with CSU’s artist faculty while completing graduate-level coursework in music history, theory, and research.

Through participation in large ensembles, chamber music, and recitals, you will develop as both a performer and scholar. Each student presents a graduate recital and completes either a graduate research project or lecture recital to prepare for professional and academic careers in music.
