About the Program
Impact Beyond the Classroom
CSU offers two add-on certification programs in Educational Leadership for certified educators who want to move into administrative roles. Both programs are approved by the Georgia Professional Standards Commission (GaPSC) and designed to fit the career stage of working professionals.
Certificate Options
Tier I Add-On Certification
For educators with a master’s degree or higher who want to qualify for school- or district-level leadership positions below principal.
Tier II Add-On Certification
For educators already holding Tier I certification and currently serving in a leadership role. Designed to prepare system-level leaders for district-wide responsibilities.
